I don't think the complication here comes from the sink fold but from the video itself. It's partially intuitive, since there are no schemes, and there are a lot of hands in between. I should say, maybe it depends on how expert you are, but I usually fold much more complicated models. I don't want to sound critic, because a free tutorial is always a gift, but I've seen more expert video-maker, let's say so.
