This was helpful. There is a forum that explains it too but its so much better seeing it on video. I need to do this because I am wrapping my woodgrain trim in carbon fiber. This is the last section I needed. Thanks.
Thank you! This helped me out a good bit! I had to do this on my A6 to replace the metal bracket where the armrest attaches too. I spent forever trying to pop out the control console panel. I might wait until tomorrow to do my timing chain replacement...fml...
I agree with you in cup holders..I’ve had a whole Sonic milkshake filling mine up. I’m having trouble with the cup holder cover not wanting to open. I’ve cleaned out paper, coins, etc before but it was difficult. Is there a way to take the cover off without breaking it? Thanks
@@weekendwarranty4409 ok. I’m going to replace all the trim. I knew the center counsole was going to be a bit much. You have me second guessing all this now.

Remove the center console and then the screws are underneath.
What application is that? I just purchased a A6 and think that would definitely come in handy. Thanks for the awesome content.
Obd 11 pro second gen
Super helpful as usual
No more kids in the car
No more issues
Thank you!
You have to do all of this to just replace the wood in the center counsole?
Yes it is screwed in
@@weekendwarranty4409 take out the back where the fan is also??? I shouldn’t have to remove that Jsut to get around where the shifter is.
You can try to unscrew it upside down . But there's barely any room and the screws are small
