My brother has crashed it, a car pulled out on him and the brakes are so sharp he flipped over the stem. Still no issues with the stem even after that.
@@adamsmith8283 I think a lot of people pull on the handle bar during acceleration and not enough bracing on the back foot rest. Thereby putting a large amount of pressure on the stem. It's fine for low powered scooters but for something with the torque of the Mantis (and other high powered scoots) you need to really use the the foot rest and lean forward. I did see Adam doing that which is great but it's a common occurrence with a lot of other scooter users. Not excusing the faults that people have had on their stems... but just one contributing factors in stem breaking on high torque scooters. I own this scooter and after nearly 2000km I'm very satisfied. I ride it mainly in the city on bike paths with usual bumps and tram rails to pass. I had to enhance the suspension using new elastomeric tubes from e watts fr website as I weigh around 85kg, standard ones are OK for up to 85 I would say.
My battery seems to charge just fine at 6A, it hasn't caught on fire or anything at least.
Hope you feel better! Thanks for the review. Weird about the top speed. I get the advertised 40mph (and even 43mph) on a fully charged battery (GPS). When at 75% I only get about 36 mph.
I also get 40mph on the mantis and I weight 100kg.
Nice vidéo ! The question is would buy it for you now that you tried it ?? Thank's
No! I would buy a electric wheel
Reviews scooter...recommends V11 EUC at the end.
🤣😂🤣😂
Not sure why he’s such a mantis hater maybe ffr won’t pay him??? 🤣🤣🤣
@J B
And wont be the last.🤣😂😉
@@johncreasy9991 Not a Mantis hater its just that riding an EUC is a whole other level to riding electric scooters.
Adams advice is excellent, and hes totally right about the v11.
Simon Scheuerle that’s awesome but I’ve never seen him review an EUC and tell you to buy a scooter instead lol. Anyway I hope to try and EUC someday
@@johncreasy9991 True, it was a funny conclusion for a scooter review, probably breaking his hand on the Mantis may have effected the conclusion.
And you should definitely try an EUC. It's takes some learning but the payoff (the feel of the ride) is totally worth it. TBH I haven't ridden either of my electric scooters since I got my EUC, it's that good 👍
where are the rear view mirrors? That's one of the most important safety rules.
Where can I get the bracket bar mount that everyone has on their mantis handlebars ?, I need one to attach my LED light for night rides ? Thanks
At the end you state that you get better brakes on the Mantis when compared to the 10x yet earlier in the video you state that the Mantis Zoom brakes are inferior when compared to the Nutt brakes which the 10x has. So which is it?
He also says that the Mantis suspension is less bouncy, then he goes and says 10X is more comfortable...so wich it is...
@@-joo3033 That one makes sense. Less bouncy on the Mantis means more stiff. More stiff means less comfortable than the 10x which is not as stiff. But the brakes thing is a real contradiction.
conclusion: if you prefer to die earlier buy the Inmotion v11 :D
😂😂😂 buy the INMOTION v11. That’s funny but I have one coming just hope it comes really soon
Yeah I thought that was hilarious too. Not usually the conclusion you see at the end of a scooter video.
V11 is as euc
Keith Johnson obviously, that’s the joke.
More RUclipsrs need to make POV videos with the speed limit. Not much content out there hope someone realizes this
zero 10 x is a beast gone up mountains with battery to spare
Got my zero 10x 24ah yesterday, it’s enough power for me
Bought in the UK or US?

There is No such thing as 24ah zero 10x...
@@-joo3033 “23ah”
@@ENDOPRYSMyt how has it been ?, how many miles (Or kilometers) , any problems?
Can't decide which scooter I should buy.... the Mantis Pro, The Speedway 5 or the Dualtron Eagle Pro. Can someone help?? Thanks.
sam gerrish same thing here. Kaabo mantis pro, dualtron eagle pro, zero 10X or the nanrobot D6+. I need to get it in the trunk of a mercedes c.
Looks like with every new version Mantis is slower. I got first version and it can go up to 70km/h. V2 is 65km/h and now it is hard to each 60 :(
Watch your musick cuts in too loud🔊.Great videos.
Thx.
Are the MANTIS more powerfull than zero 10x or turbo wheel lightning?
Mantis uses 2000 watts extremely well. I love acceleration more than pure speed
No you can get the 1200w 10x which is faster. The Mantis build quality ain't the best. Theres only 4 kg difference in weight
Josh Stick I concur. Mantis is not popular because it’s the fastest. But because it’s light and torquey for its size. It’s also cool looking and highly portable at 60lbs for the base. it is different and not based onT10-DDM like Apollo turbowheel Zero etc. plus 4K is a lot of extra weight if you live in the city.
Is the 10x good for 90kg load
Thank you for your sacrifice!
Just a super clean video
Thx!
Come on, your recommendation should be gotway msp 😏
To be more specific, it should be the Msuper Pro High Speed version 😁
I am 6'5 205 lbs and I only get 30mph on my Kaabo Mantis pro )= Is that normal?
You are nearly 7ft tall standing on the scooter. Not wind resistant lol
I love your videos but man, you need to do something about the bitrate, it's full of artefacts.
Hm i have to check on that
Zero10x is a beast
Zero 10x 52v version has even lower top speed than the mantis pro at around 36mph.Mantis pro is still quicker accelerating up to it's max speed than the 60v Zero 10x which has 1/2mph higher top speed nothing noticable.. and u get like 64km/h out of the mantis pro .. that's what it's rated for - 40mph! Why did you think it would be faster? :D You have wrong info being rated for 45mph.Nice effort on the video , all the best!
People say this scooter around 500 mile will fall apart .?
Nice , more vid on kaabo pro pls
Sold my 10x after buying an euc... lol.
im 90 kilos, that means that i should not buy it ? bs..its fine even if you weight 100
He reviews the bloody 10x more than the mantis
Mialem smietnik zwany laotie ti30.. I nigdy wiecej. Po nalocie 4000km bateria smietnik.. Odcinalo kiedy chcialo.. Masakra
Easy and Fun to use
Hey 👋 did you break your arm in a scooter accident?!
No, I broke my wrist when riding this scooter
brick wall test 10:36
Unreal that you are riding like this on the streets. You’d get reprimanded by authorities if you do it in Australia - more often for the right reasons.
Poland is the Texas of Europe
Not surprised you fell you always take your hands off the scooter 🤣🤣 pretty poor review did you have a old version of the pro ? My brothers one seems very well built and comfy does around 60-62kph
I own this Mantis // Awsome and Fast
Im getting the xiaomi m365
I got 76 kmh and still accelerating
Impossible...27A controllers just cant do that
Your speedometer is wrong, not possible on mantis pro
Nice, thx! :)
Best conclusion ever! Buy an EUC lol :D
Mantis 31kg i 10x 34 kg więc różnica niewielka Adam. 😉

Very true. Now I see it differently and don’t test so many scooters anymore :)
V11 ❤️
My king 0-50 3,9 sek
This guy is nit picking 🙄iv heard nothing but good pros not as many dwn pro like he's saying!!!!
Not the most accurate test
fit and finish is crap on these..
nice
Yo mate, you do realize that you should be getting like 500-800 pln ticket right ? Why the hell would u break so many traffic rules on one video, why the hell are you recording yourself being bloody annoying to other traffic members, and why the hell would u even publish a video with so many traffic offenses when people not only know ur name and surname and can report You, more importantly they will copy your reckless behavior on the street. Have some effing responsibility mate, please.
Watching you i am against escooters being allowed on the road at all, even though i actually want to buy one !
Sorry dude. Just review euc's. Unfollowing you for the v11 thing.
The truth hurts eh
