Most of the characters from Fairy Tail and Edens Zero originally came from the Characters in Rave Master Manga, which is the first work of Hiro Mashima who is the artist of these three manga
and all three have the same concept, "The World that has Magic"
Even the very source of everyone's magic and life force is also a reference, cuz both Fairy tail and Edens Zero world's share the Ether-nano energy.

"Villains with god-like powers < friendship" is not a thing fairy tail made it's a common theme in anime this is stretching it thin, that's like saying it's a copy of my little pony because they have the same thing

its just only elsie and james who looks mostly similar to jellal and erza,but their charecter is very much opposite.Jellal was evil while justice was good and erza was on the good side while elsie is a filthy space prate
