    Pickles are most favourite side dish not only in South India but loved by many people in India and all over World. There are many varieties of Pickles and Gongura is the one liked by many.
    Gongura Red Chillies Pickle | Red Sorrel & Red Chilli Pickle | Easy and Tasty Pickle Recipe for all and in all occassions
    Ingredients
    -1 bunch of Gongura (Red Variety)
    -8 to 10 Red Chilli Fruits (Fresh)
    -1 spoon of Mustard Seeds
    -1 spoon of Hing
    - ½ spoon of Methi seed powder
    -Salt as per taste
    - Oil 5 to 6 spoons (preferably Ground nut oil or Sesame oil)
    Preparation
    -Remove Leaves from stems.
    -Wash and dry for a day
    -Wash and dry Red Chillies (Fresh)
    - Take a kadai and heat
    - Take seasoning items and fry
    -Remove tempering into bowl
    - in same kadai add a spoon of oil and fry Redchilli pieces after removing stalk and fry till nice aroma comes ,remove into a plate. Sprinkle Haldi on it
    - Heat kadai and add Gongura Leaves and fry till it becomes soft and reduced to ¼ quantity
    - Grind Leaves and Salt first and later add Red Chillies and grind to coarse
    -Remove into bowl. Add Tempering. Mix well.
    Your Gongura Pandumirchi Pickle is ready to serve
