Southern Railway 154 - Three Rivers Rambler 2022

On my way home, I opted to stop in at the Three Rivers Rambler located in Knoxville, TN on November 27. This was their first steam excursion of the year, with Southern Railway 2-8-0 #154 leading the train. The wet rails covered in leaves, combined with a steep gradient allowed for some serious stack talk and some wheel slipping. The whistle 154 was wearing was also very similar to the Polar Express whistle from the movie. I hope to return at some point whenever their #203 and their 4-4-0 are complete. Enjoy!
