ALONE..... Before marriage and after marriage most of the works I have done alone. Before an operation a paper has to be sign but nobody came from my in laws house so I had to sign the paper and went for operation alone. This confident I have got from my childhood. U have to do your work yourself... It's gives u a big satisfaction ...yes I have done it. 😊

I agree with you, travel alone is really challenging part of our life, because it bring more confidence, I think everybody need it.😍I have been traveling for 6-7 years , Kolkata to Noida, Noida to Patna, Patna to Kolkata so on. loved the topic till i was 35 i took my life granted never cared about myself even being a doctor never really gave a thought about myself was always busy taking care of kids inlaws and husband
everything changed when my husband diagnosed with cancer it changed my perspective towards life and i started my trasformational journey started my yoga journey which helped to bring back my strenghth and indirectly could help my husband recover
