No junk, no food after 7pm works beautifully, easy to lose 4-5 kg in 2 months
Sleep time about 8 hrs is very important
Of course, limited food intake is a Must

Vinni ji agar sirf teen kg loss karna hai kya karen. Mai work out nahi kar sakta kyuki meri spine surgery hui hai. To thoda excursion hote hi backache hota hai. Pani me bahut peeti hoon soti bhi mai achhe se hoon. Oily junk food ye sab nahi khati. Sweets bahut pasand hai. To mai kya karun teen kg loss karne ke liye
