All tips I hv been following since long...I do all the alteration myself...n almost always get compliments for the perfect fit in of all my kurtas.
I ALWAYS alter the slits ..just open them 1 inch above...n it just looks perfect...n even darts at the back.

Excellent video Vinny. A much needed video too. I had ordered kurta sets after watching your one of the earlier videos. I have an apple shaped body. I checked the measurement chart like you advise and ordered accordingly. When the sets arrived, the kurtas were HUGE. Though they fitted on my middle portion, they were very very long and the sleeves were long too. Then I realised my mistake. Though my middle portion is big, my height is only 5 feet 2 inches. And the kurta was stitched for a big lady who fitted in 3XL size. And I had a big problem to get the kurtas altered.
Thanks for this video. Now I know the tricks. Next time I will use these tricks definitely. Thanks for the great help. Please make a video for plus sized ladies like me and please explain how to get the kurtas that are fitting in the middle but very loose on chest and hips, altered. Thanks once again.

Very simple you can remove bell n cut sleeve upper part which u want length of sleeve without bell ,then again attached bell

This is one of the great video which is not discussed by anyone and only you gave discussed which is really helpful 👍 👍 in all tricks I have using one of them to short the bottom and all other tricks I'll definitely used now on like slit, sleeve, neck, bust area, length issue alteration especially use of dot which helpful in kurtas as well as for bottom like thigh area, shorten the length that is useful 👍👍thanks dear for sharing 👌👌looking so pretty today in yellow kurta 👰 👰 lots of love ❤️ ❤️ god bless you dear 🙏 🙏

I hv purchased a readymade party wear straight cut kurti set..i hv put on weight..so it has became very tight...there is no margin inside...and it an embroidered kurta...it's a bit pricy...i don't want to waste it...give suggestions ma'am ..
