It was beyond obvious that they were using cheats considering they got shredded in the next tournament by StarLadder. They eyes constantly flicking to the radar on frequent 1v1 clutches were sus as anything.
It didn't even take until the next event. After the allegations surfaced, they got rolled by Gambit and VP without getting more than 9 rounds on a map. And suddenly they stopped looking at the radar and having god reads on their opponent.
If they cheated (which is probably true), they probably did it because they knew the organizers had no AC on their servers and the GoTV had no delay. A big F-you to the organizers and the whole event. That's my theory.
Organizers allowed them. It was small RU organisation who probably bet a lot on Akuma and mutually helped each other to Beat Navi to collect Betting Money
If it was a big F-you to the organisers then you'd think they would go public with exactly how they were cheating the games, to show how bad the organisation of the tournament was. But they very much have tried to hide any wrongdoing.
Dont know exactly what they were doing, but it was definitely not legit. You dont look away from your monitor that often thrown in with the fact that there was no anti-cheat... it's a no brainer.
Pros actually look away quite often to look at their teammate's monitors. The thing for me about them is: They didn't seem like they were looking at a teammate's monitor, since they were looking far and to the top, and they were doing in 1v1 cases. Why would you look at a teammate's monitor in a 1v1? So yeah, very suspicious.
@@rud69420 never said it wasn't disbanding bud. Was referring to the "Fall off the earth" part, in other words they didn't just vanish like most cheaters do after they are caught out. (E.g. forsaken etc)
Yeah, we just happened to be all constantly checking the radar in that one tournament without anti-cheat softwares, and stopped ever since. Just a coincidence that's all

the fact that Valve didnt do shit about these players is sad even with Valorant as competition, they just think that Tournament is secondary option they are too invested in CS2
Luckily there is almost no way to cheat here, cameras are focused on their screens, and seeing demqq's performance so far, he seems to be the real deal
It's so obviously a radar hack, guy was behind xbox with nothing else going on, where was the need to look at the radar 3 times in 5 seconds?? He's clearly watching what the midguy was doing
I watched the match against navi live and it was so clear that something was fishy with these guys, they made navi look like a bunch of silvers. The pre fires, repeaks and executes there qas always something sus about the team.
every single team in esports is cheating, you have to understand that esports is not for fun, it's business, the old teams like navi, faze etc.. are old and are experienced enough to play with cheats and act pro, that does mean they are bad players or have low IQ. they are just smart and they use cheats to carry on getting money from esports, it's their job to keep winning and for that they can invest in buying expensive cheats and pay for developers to get private and very pro cheat
if someone play a sport game for his entire life, and he is very good at it, and still practice and try hard to be better..... that doesn't mean they're cheaters. they're better than you and all of us. because they spent their life playing facit/ESEA for over 8 hours a day. the fact you accused pro players this easily tells me that you're a silver or even lower. who gave up from first headshot they got and been so mad at good/better players .
What i find interesting is that when checking csgo streams by for example ohne or tweeday you still see that demqq guy playing with them. How come he is forgiven and still in the scene?
they are not as respected as they wanted just because of that. there are more. look woro2k. s1mple and most of players know they cheat, thats why s1mple treats him so badly. demqq would probably be the option for NAVI instead of SDY if it wasn't for the fact that he is involved in cheating scandals. the thing is, you can't just prove unless they get VAC. which will not happen to anyone who pays for cheats. and by cheating i mean any form of it : can be software wallhack, streamsnipping, radar hack, whatever gives you unfair advantage. if you need this to win, you dont belong in tier1, thats why you always see them around, but never really up there.
If you stop cheating and make friends its very easy to move on if you weren't vac banned, e.g. s1mple, maybe woro2k, etc and tbf it doesn't really matter if you go legit, but its not nice to lie and be shady about your history
A cheating rustardian, colour me shocked please. I still wonder why they have not been quarantined in online gaming... But we will get there, probably soon. Its so nice we got them quarantined in real sports (where they also cheated, many times).
What do you think? Did they use third-party radar?
who knows what they were using but they definitely wasnt legit , they got exposed the moment they played starladder rmr
@@arma9150 Yeah man that's probably the consensus of most pro players

Checking radar(or another monitor) 5 times in a 1v1 KEK
Lmao you don't fall off the earth and disband after beating navi if you are legit kekw
well looking at the BLAST RMR. while their names are scattered. They are around. some in monte , some in ikla. And many still playing faceit etc
Yeah you can't explaine this with radar hack. Something else is happened there.

8:35 why the hell did he raise his cross hair while firing
People say it's one of the strangest moments by Akuma
The starix clip alone proves they cheated, some may say they look up is hard evidence but ropz was accused of the same thing
ropz used to look up after kills, not before ))
Their gaming chairs were just better
that dude looked wayyyyyyy to hard as he was looking past his radar.
They didn't get banned because to much money wad involved in betting. Bookies became rich after that match.

Well presented and documented. Narration style is top tier. Subscribed for more.
I have absolutely never heard of them again after the tournament. Not just the team, but any of the players.
Hey. Just a note, DemQQ plays in Monte now. They've been pretty successful recently

Thank god for someone using the word ‘infamous’ correctly.

One of the Akuma players, DemQQ is attending in the Paris major. IDK how to react to this.
