Something I just realized is Seadog Ruffs and Buccaneer Barley are both references to the anime "One Piece." Seadog Ruffs has a scar on his chest exactly where post-timeskip Luffy has his scar. Buccaneer Barley is a reference to another character in the One Piece verse called "Whitebeard" because of his white beard and because the character is from a different race called the 'Buccaneers.'
Man-o-war doug is probably reference to whitebeard cause he has a beard shaped like whitebeard and man-o-war probably is hinting to because whitebeard caused the marine fort war. I am not sure who barley would be though his yellow coat hints a bit to kizaru even though he isn't a pirate.

Clancy is a crab and not a lobster his tail is an implant(crabs have very small tails) also his whiskers is a mustache cause crabs dont have whispers. Also crab are rounder similar to him unlike lobsters which are thinner
they changed it so that the lower his health gets, the faster he hits. It's definitely going to be interesting to see how much this changes gameplay with him.
