jike needs to rest his legs. i used to do a lot of heavy muscle training on the legs. my thighs were like jike's, and i also had frequent injuries, mostly pain near the knee caps. it took 3-4 yrs after reducing 90% of workouts before they were back to normal. nowadays i can play 8 hrs pp a day no problem. but really, back then, i'd just run 2-4 mi a day and every month or so end up on crutches. u really can't go overboard on training. have to rest and recover
1:48 rocket launcher :o it ended early becoz ZHANG hurted his leg during the 4-3 first set, n he tried to keep playing but couldn't ZHANGCHAO (the guy who won against timo in the deciding game in the first round, hurt his back in the second round lol) but then FANGBO played well n won against timo first game this round too bad i was supporting for zhang's team since they have lesser wellknown players
he has been wearing that little knew strap forever... he seems to have a Cartilage problem..... i dont really like the way he plays especially 2011 world champ.. but hate to see anyone got injured...
more like he joined Chinese league to make money, elevate his skill level because he doesn't want to play in germany where every single player is inferior, and after that he can go back to EU to immediately dominate all the EU tournaments. He said all this himself during interview with CCTV
