A lot of the features from previous games were supposed to be in the game but i guess they just thought they somehow were irrelevant and put more "effort" into the Play As Anyone system, which is still very undercooked... When they originally designed the game they had a system in mind where you get to recruit any person that will come with random buff (something like +10 weapon damage, these percentages would also vary) and once that's done, you would have to assign them one of three classes: Enforcer, Infiltrator and Hacker The Enforcer was locked to proximity mine, Infiltrator was locked to AR Cloak and Hacker would be locked to Spiderbot These characters could also been leveled up which would allow you to put up to three extra abilities on them, such as being able to use three spiderbots at once, dodge roll or changing shotgun ammo to do more damage but have less range, some of these got cut ofcourse There also were generic upgrades that apply to every person like shorter hack cooldowns, the usual drone hacks that are in final and things like that, and also team perks that would come with specific operative and transition to everybody like weapon discounts or faster respawn time There were +50 additional weapons and you could access them on any character you want through Weapon On Demand app in the phone, similarly they also had Car On Demand like previous games (And yes they also had actual phone UI) Also the one interesting thing about that mission where you seduce the girl, there are actually two more ways to complete this mission, you can either kill her, or use deep profiler to help her out with something else and the mission will pass IIRC, there are hidden gems in some missions like this, where for example you have to kill somebody but you can add them to profiler and recruit them to pass the mission with extra dialogue, it's not much but it's something that the game actually does well
It sucks how this game could have had a better version of gta 5's gameplay. Thing is, there are some additional dlc characters that you get with a dlc, and they are honestly the most interesting out of all the people you find on the street
The idea of recruiting anyone in London was fine but for a story driven game, this mechanic makes it hard to actually care about the characters or story and London sucks, it would have been better to have many characters like on watch dogs 2 and the story would let u recruit them,it would have strengthen the story. Watch dogs 1 Aiden was such a bad ass, the dude had take downs for each weapon plus the bullet time of Max Payne Marcus was soo charismatic plus there was soo much room to solidify his character and his team had potential. The game should've been about deadsec recruiting Aiden and team Marcus to fight against a secret organization which wants to control the world. We would see the backstory and the founding members of deadsec
What would of made the Recruiting system better....they could of have something like "Amoung Us" gameplay where you have to be careful of recruiting someone because they can be a turn coat.
Watch Dogs is a good series, I found Legion fun because it had a good open world and some good freeroam aspects And a decent story in my opinion Usually I gave my characters their own backstories with what I do with them
@@Shinigami88X1 Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I speculate that Ubisoft took it out because they probably realized that it would have made recruiting even more boring because you would essentially be stuck with 3 options for 20 hours.
I gotta be honest I come back to it like atleast once or twice a year just to run around as a hit man, it’s actually satisfying but cringe everytime I’m reminded there’s a zombie game mode that actually sucks. Like I genuinely thought it was gonna be like rdr undead nightmare with its own story and shi
Ubisoft is a publisher of missed potential. I don´t know how they got there, I don´t know why they completely ignoring the gamers who play their game but its true. they miss potential with everything they touch nowdays. Ghost Recon Breakpoint has around 30 different take-downs. when you play stealthy you have two. TWO! one for the carambit, one for the combat knife. so basically if you decide to use carambit for a oupost that yep this is what gonna happen one takedown for you to do where slice opponents heels and then kill him on the floor after a struggle. the opportunity to make other takedowns will only come when the enemy is aware of your presence or standing on the hill below or above you. Splinter Cell Blacklist you have fast takedowns fast movement, grabbing the enemy...everything is really good. How old is Blacklist again? Legion has also 30 takedowns but you have to wait a timer before you can do one after another because the enemy must be disrupted and ubisoft couldn´t be bothered to make it so you can upgrade this ability so you can use it idk 5 times before it goes to timer...its a publisher of missed opportunity. anhd i don´t understand why. assets are there, animations are there why the heck they just make their games be less fun to play on purpose...i just can´t understand.
Wow i finally get a return on my investment, playing the game twice was a great idea for the quality of this video
This video changed my life
This man just do not miss

Thief 4 will return...
Someone should gift him the Shenmue trilogy, I think he would really enjoy those games!

should of have a cast like 2 but make it like Mass Effect
Nice video, good RUclipsr. Kinda funny, probably was drunk when making the script (if there is one). This is peak
but what happened to Aiden?
The oasis of my RUclips desert!
My favorite RUclips
first

Storyline wise; Sky Larson should of been the main villain of the story rather than a Albion.
I love legion, it's such a fun sandbox. That said I only gey on mu ps5 a couple times a week, if i had hours to play, would probably feel repetitive

also if you look at the E319 gameplay they had a proper class system with Infiltrator, Enforcer and Hacker. but they took it out.

They had A LOT of cut missions...like they had like Watch Dogs 2 type of missions
