Video of making cocoa butter - Peanut Butter Machine

In this video, cocoa butter is ground by the peanut butter machine through relative movement of the different geometric shaped stator and rotor in high speed rotation. Cocoa beans are poured into the peanut butter machine slowly and processed under strong shearing, rubbing, impacting, high frequency vibrating and whirling forces of the variable annular grinding gap between the rotor and stator. Then, cocoa beans would be dispersed, pulverized, emulsified and homogenized in the peanut butter machine. Finally, smooth and high quality cocoa butter can be discharged through the outlet of peanut butter machine.
