That could be a nod/spin on when Argel Tal went into the warp and a demon told him to shut the Gellar field off and one of his men said he felt things moving in his stomach. Well this time it could be Pharion or Eribus saying the same thing and the fucking Corvus rips out of him and into a cloud of blood and shadow.
Only on 2 conditions: A) The Chaos marine getting gibbed is Erebus. B) It happens while Abbaddon is in the middle of some edgelord speech, gloating in front of a loyalist chapter master or something. And suddenly one of the top dogs of Chaos that was standing beside him just randomly explodes and there's a 12 foot raven monster with lighting claws breathing down his topknot. An optional thing is for Corvus' first line to be "I was looking for Lorgar. But you'll do."
Another possible way to do this is both Lorgar and Guilliman will meet on the surface with Guilliman being lured to a kill zone on surface by Lorgar with the intent of using his death as a sacrifice for his ritual. Guilliman despite his new found skill and power, would be isolated in the kill zone and fated to die. Yet just before Lorgar could finish the ritual by killing him, a shadow encircle Guilliman and erupts from the ground, taking him from Lorgar's sight then the sound of ravens started to be heard. Louder and louder they cry as more ravens circle the sky until the light from the sun could no longer be seen, then there was screaming all around him. Screams of Word Bearers as the shadow quickly closing in on them and devour them, screams as they begged their primarch to save them from the shadow that is tearing them apart. Lorgar knew what is happening, he knew what is coming, he can sense the wrath and the hatred from the very shadow, he wanted to save them but knew their fate is sealed so he quickly tried to conjure a portal to escape but before he could pass through something held him back and before he could react, he felt a sharp pain from his back to his chest. Lorgar looked down and saw one of his hearts in the grip of talons of shadow, then a voice speaks softly to him in whispers: "Nothing can save you this time... brother" Lorgar tried to reach out for the portal with what little strength he has left, but it faded before his eyes just as his strength fades, only darkness remained and a scream that cannot be heard as all the pain and suffering he was responsible for the past 10000 years comes crashing down upon him as he too is torn apart like the misbegotten traitors he called his sons. When the light returned, Guilliman stood up seeing nothing but blood, mangled flesh and torn armor painting the entire area that was meant to kill him, and in a distance he sees a figure that just finished drawing all the darkness back to him and the mangled corpse of Lorgar beneath his feet, burning away as he is banished. It turns to Guilliman and speaks to him: "Vengeance has been delivered. For Istvaan, for Calth and for my sons"
ok yeah bringing back Corvus Corax at the expense of Kor Phaeron and Erebus is definitely something I'd be happy to see. Erebus suffering a slow agonizing death like that is definitely awesome, dude deserves all the worst
Erebus is pretty much the character we hate with a passion. Him dying the worst way by the hands of Corax with aganizing blows after blows would be a satisfying death for the Scumbag of an Egotistical Astartes Erebus we love to hate. He's definitely best worst villain because how much we hate him.

However, Corvus then links up with Guilliman and The Lion to try and get rid of the Word Bearers once and for all.
Corax not only sabotaged supply lines, but most importantly he brought hope to those who thought the Emperor abandoned them... I believe this would be the best way for him to return. Giving the common people hope and showing them they are not abandoned by the Emperor.
@@MrFallenone oh you mean that guy who shows up and kills things and immediately leaves? Really inspiring the common man there. In "shadows of the past" Corax was rescuing slaves from the Word-bearers, people with no importance outside of being human. I think something that could be an interesting is if Corvus' evolved wraith slip ability making him invisible to prophecy and foresight. Like not even just trying to see his future but any events and prophecies he doesn't register as a factor but he could still interere with them. Could a) be away to have him fuck with foes like Lorgar who can see the future but also b) help keep him contained as chaos spends a lot of effort explicitly trying to take him down due to having no ability to predict him.

Funny that last part i think about arch “please you can hate me but respect the beautiful art i commissioned for the community for my videos” like look at all the vraks, badab, and now sabatt crusade art we have now. I love you major i hope you dont take them to much to heart
I have a theory that Corax will return together with Russ 1. Corax is not as popular as Guilliman, Lion or Russ and the format of a huge build up for the return of one loyalist Primarch has been done twice now 2. Horus Heresy novels established friendship between Russ and Corax 3. Ravens and wolves have pretty cool symbiotic relationship irl, they've been observed to cooperate and play together 4. Ravens in Nordic mythology are symbols of wisdom and serve as spiritual guides in the underworld, so in my headcanon, Russ and Corax linked up in the Warp to search for the Tree of Life
If Russ comes back as an Odin type figure, GWs leaving money and solid lore on the table if Corax isn’t with him as his Huginn&Munnin. There’s even a perfect song by Heilung called Alfadhirhaiti that can play behind a cinematic scene of them both turbo blender-ing some chaos goons.
Have the word bearers come back like you described. Guilliman makes it to the fleet and does battle with Lorgar and Eribus. Things look good, but then Eribus uses warp magic to trick Guilliman into hearing his mom. It works just long enough for Lorgar to either get a stunning hit in or bind him with warp magic. Cliche villain monologue follows before they all start to hear whispers in the shadows. Suddenly, Eribus falls over with a deep cut on his neck. (Not actually dead, paralyzed full body) Lorgar panics and opens a portal just before hearing Coram whisper “I have your scent” and move just enough to loose an arm instead of being cut in half vertically and escapes through the portal. Guilliman is free, Corax tells him that they will talk once the fleet is dealt with. He believes Corax and exits the room. Leaving the ‘supposed’ dead Eribus with Corax. Use your imagination from there. Very bare bones but this would be epic and a great warning to Lorgar.
Hey what if the Caracharadons met him first, them possibly being a mix of RGuard and NLords similar to how the theme of redemption with the lion uplifting traitors of the Loyalist Legions. It would be cool to have more loyalists from the Traitor Legions they were the best of the heresy books.
At 0:55 you say Cora has been MIA from the setting for awhile now... perhaps he has just been standing in the corner *invisible* the whole time as an epic joke waiting to jump out and yell, 'SURPRISE!!!'.
A video about, what if there were no loyalist elements in the traitor legions ,this would also count for omegon and magnus. So there would be no need for the culling at isthvaan and weakening of the traitor forces.. this would be very intresting to see what all the effects would be on the succes of the heresy.
Well, it'd be very strange. Becahse theres no loyalists, theres no space marines going to Dorn to tell him about the istivan 3 atrocity, which means the dropsite massacre wouldn't happen. So the traitors would have significantly larger forces, and wouldn't be getting stabbed in the rear in the same way by omegons alpha legionnaires. Magnus would olay out basically the same way, his whole traitor thing is just a happenstance, he wasn't committed, and even if he was he'd still just be doing his own thing just without the intention of usurping horus at the end. However, yhe traitors would also have to be fighting through a full stenght salamanders, Iron hands, and Raven guard, with the raven guard in particular being a force to single handily starve the traitors by removing literally all of there supply lines, jf they were left to it. All in all, i think everything would play out vaugely similarly, just with more battles on the eay to terra, and more marines at terra, just with the narrative being significantly more boring and having far less fun character interactions due to a lot lf the brother V brother stuff being a lot more absent, its just cousins versus cousins..
Yo Major I just want to thank you. You don’t know me and I don’t expect this to get to you but I had an Ileus not knowing fell, broke my neck and damn near died. While I was in the hospital I found your vids and you reignited my love for 40k keep it up good sir! I always look forward to your videos!
Honestly, videos are one thing. Their relevance will wax and wane. However, thank you so much for the commissioned art pieces and models. Those are art that is forever young. Fantastic addition to the community.
I think you have a VERY thought out and feasible scenario laid out! I know Raven Guard have not been very popular in the past, but a scenario done like this could definitely change that!
I just like to say my words of gratitude for you Mk, though the community doesn’t like you, as a fan of your methods of explaining how events would happen, you are appreciated to give us these artistry for free and we do not deserve your generosity
So if every primarch has a connection to the warp do they all have hidden abilities? What's guillimans ability? He doesn't really seem like a warp power guy
Bro your an absolute legend you really 100% ADD the the community specially with art like that , people are obv very bitter because I really sont get the hate , keep it up mate
Dear GW, please hire Majorkill as a lore writer. Finally we can have an advancing setting with meaningful storylines. Great vid Majorkill and awesome model.
I wanna see Corax's return being Corax ripping his way out of a portal Lorgar opened to escape Guilliman and the two brothers putting the beat down on Lorgar so hard his gene sons feel it, avenging both Calth and Istaavan, at least partially
I do think think I've ever screen shot the art here. I usually leave a comment if I do. The art you post on these videos are sick. I personally would only ever use them personal use. Because not doing work sited where credit is due is some soi shit. Thanks for the quality content.
That's so funny, the idea of Lorgar and the other traitors fleeing in terror from Corvus for a couple of stories sounds amazing. And Erebus finally getting what he deserves . . . I'd pay good money for that story/those stories.
That tube of cream really helped my bleeding bumhole. My chocolate starfish really itched, which I often scratched until it bled. Thanks for listening.
The drawn out death of Erebus is fitting. When he was a kid he'd slowly kill scorpions for his own entertainment, I'm sure the dark elfs would get along with him, so that being done to him in his final moments is a fitting end to War Hammer's most hated character
I like the idea of Corvus being the shadow of the emperor. we already have a sword and shield big loud threats for the enemies to be distracted by. Bake him, the shadow a looming threat for them to constantly be afraid of.
Even though this is a Corvus video - and he is dope AF - I have to say I really appreciate how you gave some respect to Girlyman. I have just finished listening to "Know No Fear", and boy oh boy does he feel like a paper tiger when he goes up against Corpheron (or however the heck you spell that)... Then Fulgrim kills him, Magnus whips him, Mortarion whips him once and kills him the second time... c'mon... give the nerd a big fat win already!
The difference in treatment between GMan and the Lion since their return is honestly hilarious at this point. GMan : Gets bullied by Magnus, gets bullied by Mortarion and the High Lords try to assassinate him Lion : Wins against all the warp manifestations of his brothers, banishes a full powered blood lusted Angron after a 1v1 without suffering any life threatening injury, has several planets under his protection and regular humans love him I am a Dark Angels fan but for Emperor's sake GW give the blue guy a win, he needs it
I want to think that whatever haunts the halls of the Old Apothecarion on Deliverance would heed their master's call, rising like shades of vengeance vanishing from their cells to join their father.
Imagine if there was a splinter chapter of astartes who believed in joining the raven guard and nightlords together with their ultimate goal of finding Conrad's soul crown and placing it upon corvis's head and creating a God of justice
I like to think that the shadow ravens that emanate from Daemon Corax's form are the vengeful souls of each and every Raven Guard that has fallen in battle, from Gate 42 and Istvaan to the present-day.

Hey what if the Caracharadons met him first, them possibly being a mix of RGuard and NLords similar to how the theme of redemption with the lion uplifting traitors of the Loyalist Legions.
It would be cool to have more loyalists from the Traitor Legions they were the best of the heresy books.
My thoughts as well. I would love the sharks to be the 1st ones to come across him.
11:35 Konrad liked that
At 0:55 you say Cora has been MIA from the setting for awhile now... perhaps he has just been standing in the corner *invisible* the whole time as an epic joke waiting to jump out and yell, 'SURPRISE!!!'.
I just imagine corvax and lorgar like that episode of blark and son. "He's in the walls, HE'S IN THE GODDAMN WALLS"
Been waiting to hear this topic!
Damn dude you’re actually a good writer! You should really do more what if videos more often.
A video on if magnus took the emperors replacement legion would be dope
GMan: what If I too embrace the warp….
“Becomes huge calculator”
Glad you're okay. I also found MK when I was 'down under', I mean sick. He was alot...... like Corvus back then😅 , more like Sanguinius now😂
Honestly, videos are one thing. Their relevance will wax and wane. However, thank you so much for the commissioned art pieces and models. Those are art that is forever young. Fantastic addition to the community.
So he's basically Illidan. Fuck yeah.
Top 3 of favorite primarchs next to Khan and Vulkan.
If Lorgar and the word bearers are to come back I hope they will also bring cool lore and abilities from their deep knowledge of chaos.
Corvus: *appears in the throne room holding a dead Abbadon* Hey dad wanna see a dead body?!
Just bought this model, he will be my kayvan shrike replacement and I love it. Awesome man! Keep up the lore dumping
Starts at 3:13
❤
I think you have a VERY thought out and feasible scenario laid out! I know Raven Guard have not been very popular in the past, but a scenario done like this could definitely change that!
I just like to say my words of gratitude for you Mk, though the community doesn’t like you, as a fan of your methods of explaining how events would happen, you are appreciated to give us these artistry for free and we do not deserve your generosity
I'd LOVE to see such a return of Corax. The details - so graphic, so satisfying
Got round to purchasing this mini today cant wait for it to arrive and place it front and centre of my Raven Guard Army.
He should return in the middle of a big battle sneaking up on a wizard or smth.
Thankyou so much for this, my legion is kind of boring but damn it i love them. I appreciate you giving us the love you do.
That would be a dope ass way to get Corvus back into the setting. Sick theory MK!
Dear GW, please hire Majorkill as a lore writer. Finally we can have an advancing setting with meaningful storylines. Great vid Majorkill and awesome model.
I am a simple Raven Guard player. I see an awesome thumbnail of best beaky boi primarch, I click
I wanna see Corax's return being Corax ripping his way out of a portal Lorgar opened to escape Guilliman and the two brothers putting the beat down on Lorgar so hard his gene sons feel it, avenging both Calth and Istaavan, at least partially
Omg. I love this. It's now canon to me!
Great scenario MajorKill!
Skost Ferrus: You are WEAK Corvussss.
Corax: I'm well aware of this Ferrus, thank you.
Pretty neat idea chap. Liked it.
As a RG player on HH and 40k appreciate the love
Great video and sick thumbnail
The Raven and the Wolf is a super good pairing. Need them to have a buddy cop book in 40k
5:30 Makes you wonder what Guilliman would be like after doing the same i.e. embracing his warp side.
Holy cow, saw this 30 seconds after it came out, never been so early.
Can we get a video on the 8 some day?
What if all the loyalist primarchs got the warp power like Corvus? What would they turn into?
All the rage, just to be taken out on Erebus.... *BEAUTIFUL*
That artwork is amazing!
Please make a 10+ minutes video just describing in every single detail the worst possible death for Erebus. I'm sure everyone would love that
Corvus, Nykona and the entire host of Mor Daythen vets going on a killing spree on Terra. Oh yeah.
Corax clinks milk bottles on fingers outside of lorgars tower " wordbearers come out and playyyyeeeaaaaay"
Erebus: "I am the hand of destiny!"
Kharne: "Destiny is slow."
This will be my expected cannon, dammit Majorkill. As with your ynnari story fix this is perfect. Let´s hope that the GW can deliver.
That tube of cream really helped my bleeding bumhole. My chocolate starfish really itched, which I often scratched until it bled.
Thanks for listening.
I love how you specifically invented a new ability for Corax just to punish Erebus more
The drawn out death of Erebus is fitting. When he was a kid he'd slowly kill scorpions for his own entertainment, I'm sure the dark elfs would get along with him, so that being done to him in his final moments is a fitting end to War Hammer's most hated character
This is video is very fun, thank you. Your what if stories are great
I like the idea of Corvus being the shadow of the emperor. we already have a sword and shield big loud threats for the enemies to be distracted by.
GMan : Gets bullied by Magnus, gets bullied by Mortarion and the High Lords try to assassinate him
Lion : Wins against all the warp manifestations of his brothers, banishes a full powered blood lusted Angron after a 1v1 without suffering any life threatening injury, has several planets under his protection and regular humans love him
I am a Dark Angels fan but for Emperor's sake GW give the blue guy a win, he needs it
Gotta love in The First Heretic where Corvus goes all out against the traitors and rips through them as if they are nothing but air✨
In order to fight monsters, the Emperor made monsters of his own.
Corax said "bet homie'.
8:25 G-man, teleporting to his traitor brother: Ah shit, here we go again.
I want to think that whatever haunts the halls of the Old Apothecarion on Deliverance would heed their master's call, rising like shades of vengeance vanishing from their cells to join their father.
My head-canon has The Hunters Three going on a major tear in the Warp, and coming out together: Corvus, Leman Russ & The Khan
Everyone salivating at the thought of Erebus dying slowly
"No Brother Erebus, they will expect one of us in the wreckage"
Imagine if there was a splinter chapter of astartes who believed in joining the raven guard and nightlords together with their ultimate goal of finding Conrad's soul crown and placing it upon corvis's head and creating a God of justice
I like the idea of everything in the entire setting culminating just to give Erebus the worst death possible
I like to think that the shadow ravens that emanate from Daemon Corax's form are the vengeful souls of each and every Raven Guard that has fallen in battle, from Gate 42 and Istvaan to the present-day.
