Lots of touches he's not Derrick Henry so he's gonna break down more and more as time goes on. All running backs do. Best most recent example is Ezekiel Elliott. Osu rode the shit outta him then dallaa did then 5 years late it was time for him to be the backup and again zeke is physically bigger than Schrader.
There's a reading why coming off a clean acl tare. That Brooks outta Texas is rb #1 with a lot of teams entering the draft. Little amount of carries at Texas, clean acl break so easy repair and recovery plus his abilities.

One size fits all leadership is untenable. The ability to adapt instruction to get everyone taught is critical, rather just getting through to the ones who click with your one size fit.
The one thing we need to recognize now more than ever is that despite what a lot of coaches say these are men. They are young men, but by societal standards they are MEN. Talking down to them as kids and seeing them as kids is a mistake. At 18 years old and outside of college campuses, adult decisions are being made by young men and women that have lifelong consequences. We’re kidding ourselves if we think that that does not apply to college students. Therefore, these young men deserve mentors teachers and leaders still holding them accountable, not autocratic because I said so punishers who hold failure over their heads like an authoritarian.

I agree about the way kids are coached. I played football in Jefferson City in the late 90s (I graduated in 99), and yes, I was a two year starter. Looking back, the way those coaches, especially the head coach at the time, spoke/yelled at kids is disgusting. People can claim it build character all they want. I’ll argue that the “men” yelling and degrading teenage kids everyday is a sad excuse for an existence. If some coach spoke to my children the way I was yelled at and the things the at were said, I’d be down in the coaches face confronting him to see if he’s willing to speak to a full grown man that way.
