So far it is - I did not get to explore much since I was on my lunch break. I like the woods. also, I am afraid of the woods because of ticks and ticks have been bad this year.

Good points. I struggle with high blood sugar, high blood pressure and digestive problems. Unfortunately, I have other issues that limit my mobility and balance. I still get my steps in, but I can’t stand or walk for long.
How much arm swinging or punching can you do. What about dancing while seated? Movement has many varieties and it's important to think about what I can do.
