    I normally average about 3 miles a day
    recently averaging about 5 through my own challenge

    I enjoyed this and look forward to more of the same. I’ve lost weight and I’m walking more this year but I got out of breath watching you. With my age and mobility issues, I don’t think I could walk and talk at the same time.

      I have been walking regularly for 4 years. Sometimes I can’t walk and talk and stop for a minute. Making any activity part of your life is what matters. You should be proud of yourself for your efforts. Do something everyday that you can. Something is always better than nothing when it comes to movement.
      Keep a journal it’s fun to look back on your progress.
