today i am sharing very tasty mamara no chevdo with special masala its very easy and tasty .....mamara is all time favorite ....so pls do try this recipe and here are all ingredients ;
100 gram murmure
100 gram rice flex
100 gram corn flex
100 gram peanut
curry leaves
oil to fry
special masalo;
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry mango powder
1.5 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric

Can I roast poha and corn flakes? If yes can I use microwave for roasting? How long should I roast?

i think its not possible … coz here i have taken thick riceflex … if you want to make with least oil … follow this process… use nylon poha instead of thick rice flex … roast corn flex in microwave… then avoid fried peanut … use roasted peanut.. then in vessel take 4 to 5 tbsp oil …put all together and roast well and sprinkle masala……., you can roast in microwave for 2 minutes… kerp eye on that
