It's amazing that artists like Ellie Goulding and Katy Perry started as these guitarist songwriter singers, and then the industry forces them into pop stars. There's more emotion in her acoustic songs then the pop stuff. She's phenomenal.
I have to say that although I like some of her commercial stuff these acoustic tracks are a thousand times better. I never really appreciated how good she was until I saw her performing without all the over the top electronic production that most of her songs are drowned in.
She needs an acoustic album... every song she does aucousticlly is amazing. The texture and range of her voice is amazing to me. Cant get enough of her unplugged.

Like electrons snapping to different energy states, she doesn't seem capable of in-between. She literally sounds auto-tuned she's so good at the quick trills. And that's fucking HARD to do. I don't like all her music, but I cannot deny this girl is one absolutely stunning talent.
Can't get over how good this woman's voice is, honestly. This is the only person right now making music who's actually got what people like to call 'talent'. To me, talent is normally a lyrical gift not a voice but this girl has both. Perfect.
