In mobile, when you enter the underwater thing just press the menu tab and use the kamera gadget at the same time. It works for me :)

In case you wondering, why changing the wheel keybinding from tab to any other, it's because alt and tab pressed simultaneously will make you switching tab of applications in your PC, henceforth basically get you out from your game (for a moment)
Unlike the old bug one, this time, if you open Paimon menu, when you get back to game, she'll disappear, so you can think of other way if you wanna pause your game
I know it's common knowledge for PC user, but if you new to PC stuff, and were wondering, there you go

Added note: if you teleport or open esc menu. then paimon will disappear(in single player). in co-op it will work permanetly.

@@Penjahatz. I tried by going to the closest teleported then further but in both scenario paimon disappeared completely. and in case of paimon window it is also disappearing completely. I have tried for like 1-2hr.

I'm on mobile... Teleporting does not make paimon disappear (in single player)... It takes time for paimon to come to your current location.... Tried both short and long distance teleport..... I could be wrong through.... But it worked for me....
