We paid to upgrade but it was only good luck or fortune if you managed to land one. Other than that, it was one of the best hotels my partner and I have ever stayed in, anywhere. Absolutely loved it!

I love it here, but the constant gloomy weather makes me so miserable. I lived in Mallorca 15 years ago and I remember it fondly. That warm Mediterranean sea and chilled lifestyle. I would love to come back. This is totally off-topic, I apologize for that. I work with dogs. Do you think there's a demand for a small dog walking business there? Also, my husband currently works as a delivery (moto) rider and was wondering if deliveroo/uber eats, glovo etc are popular in Palma? Thank you! Jana

Thanks for the video I was going to go for pool view as you get a balcony with your own space. The la terrica looks very good and saves going up lifts, ideal for the pool and bar. Just thinking it is very close to everyone and no personal private space or views.

Hey Ramin, I think any hotel will be suitable for single males, although if I were you, find somewhere adults only. Saying that, the kids will be back at school soon. The Samos is just minutes walk from bars, and about 7 mins walk from the seafront!

Welcome to the island!! You'll have a great time. Lots is open but not at total capacity and opening and I'm reading in the Spanish press that many restrictions are being lifted from Sunday.. There's an 11pm closing on bars and restaurants at the mo. Enjoy! .
Just an update for anyone who is interested in this hotel.. we managed to get the same room as we were kindly shown in this video.. all i can say is WOW! Best in the hotel imo. Atmosphere is amazing too (even though it is not Magaluf at its fullest). Anyone thinking of booking here, i assure you, it will not disappoint! For the record, you should be on a place in the sun! Very honest, clear and sold 🙏 :)

HAHAHA - my theory is, if you're returning to the UK after, you'll need the 2 weeks quarantine to recover, so have as best a time as possible!! The hotel is incredible and the staff are super friendly. You're going to have an amazing time!

Hey Ross - the clientele is mainly Brits but lots of Europeans (Portuguese, french etc) were checking in yesterday. Used to be adults only but now accepts families. Thanks for your feedback and for watching. I didn’t have long to film and did it all in one take because I had to be quick. Normally spent ages faffing around. Have a cool Saturday !

How do these hotels / bars / shops survive when they are open and busy for only say 5 months of the year (in normal times)? Surely that is not enough to sustain them during the whole year. As I have an interest in property I was also thinking of the landlords of the bars / shops etc. Do the tenants pay rent per month for the whole year when their business are closed for half of the year? Sorry for my long message. I just thought as you are familiar with these resorts and have lived there for many years that you may have some insight. Thanks for your great content

It’s going to be chilly in the pools but the sea is still lovely bizarrely - not sure how that works !
