These videos, however, do help keep my brain from wandering into the night while I try to drift off to sleep. It’s a busy body and doesn’t know when to turn off 😂 You were one of the first creators I found after my friend told me to try asmr around 4 years ago. Honestly, I’ve never looked back. I get incredible sleep thanks to asmr forcing my brain to focus on ya’ll and silent the pots and pans of thoughts that my brain bangs on haha. These videos knock me out cold in the best way possible. So again, thank you. You and many others saved me years of sleepless nights. 😊
