Thanks, took time to clean the complex edges, used Alt to switch between add/subtract, bracket keys to change brush size for acuracy. even I understood lol.

or use pen tool instead of lasso > on pen tool when point unite > right click > make selection and delete.. use pen whenthere are lot of curve's.
Yes, the Pen tool is better, but I have been using Lasso for ages.
I accidentally deleted that little tool bar right believe the image where it says select subject remove background how do I get it back!
Window --> Contextual Task Bar. Or find the Properties panel (to the right) and you will find the same options.
