But if u think about it, while they were mean, the one girl forced them to only speak the truth. And that in some way absolved them of that sin. Ur better off telling the truth, rather than to keep lying. Which the one girl did. She kept making excuses for why she did what she did, while they could only speak the truth. She was the most wicked.
What they did was regular teenage wicked. Not really the kind that a demonic force would be interested in. Just average teenage drama. What the other girl did involved torture, black magic, magical coercion and even before all that, she was already manipulative and backstabby. The demon did what he was told to do. He took the wicked one, which was her. The other girls weren't really wicked in the same way. They were just teens who did some teenage drama stuff that yes, is bad, but it's not really 'take me to a demonic realm to be your bride' kinda bad, like the other girl did.
It came off to me like maybe he was giving her a second chance. But then her "evil" pulsed through her into him through their arms and he thought "Nope. You're mine now"

Honestly this is probably the most accurate representation of what would happen if an angry teenager decided to use black magic for revenge. I was told once people who practice any kind of magic shouldn't use it for revenge because it comes back to them three times as worse. Plus she wanted them dead.
Not sure if the girl was wishing for their death as much as marrying them off to a demon. Not enough lore to be sure that means death or just a form of torment, but both are pretty horrible.
I feel conflicted with this one. She chose to be twisted and corrupted, but the world definitely put her in a position where that option was justified. Givertaker should have left with at least 3 brides, if not 4. Those abs could definitely take the strain of making wives from their flimsy bodies. Always amazing how the villain we become while taking the path of revenge somehow still makes us think we are heroes. Great video.

All of them caused pain. How could the former best friend, Laura rationalize what she did was ok? Even if she thought that Sarah had it coming, her brother didn't. If so, they will likely end up at some point telling what happened to her to others. So will their lie being the cause of her vengeance seeking come out to the rest of the school? Will anyone believe them about the demon? I need chapter 2 of this story.
This plays out like one of those old school scary stories. I like the idea but kind of wish there was idk a bit more to it so maybe then the "twist" wouldnt be as predictable

This was exceptionally well-done! Everything was superb, although I had hoped that the Givertaker would be something more grotesque. The performances were first-rate! While I would have preferred a more atmospheric, orchestrated score--just a personal preference, the music was good.

Doesn’t make sense though. When she said “make brides of the wicked ones”, she didn’t throw an offering. But it still works. So how is it when she says “them, not me!”, the Givertaker didn’t listen to the “not me” part?
Taking the evil ones was already part of the purpose of making the window a door, which she explained at the beginning.

If so, they will likely end up at some point telling what happened to her to others. The one girl was supposed to be her friend, so the brother or parents will likely ask her if she knows anything about the disappearance. So will their lie being the cause of her vengeance seeking come out to the rest of the school? Will anyone believe them about the demon? I need chapter 2 of this story.

Loved it! Great tension, acting and plot! Jump scares would have been useless and would have detracted from the horror in this film. Awesome work!
This plays out like one of those old school scary stories. I like the idea but kind of wish there was idk a bit more to it so maybe then the "twist" wouldnt be as predictable

This was exceptionally well-done! Everything was superb, although I had hoped that the Givertaker would be something more grotesque. The performances were first-rate! While I would have preferred a more atmospheric, orchestrated score--just a personal preference, the music was good.
All those wishes cost her soul.
