wahaha that's the DAMPS antenna system. This was the bulk of my work as a 31R/25Q in the army. I've put up dozens of these antennas. Its a lotta work to put it up but gets easier with practice. You can put it up with 2 personell but probably better with 3. Now that's a luxury item, an electric winch.
The MLV mast, available up to 40m but mostly sold between 10 to 30m, is a non-expensive solution compared to heavy telescopic lattice towers supporting the same type of topload. The high quantities of masts sold up to now makes it a reliable and cost effective product.
