She married someone she had never met in her life and that love was consumed very late after marriage. It was used and exploited by different aristocrats. Maria did not send France to poverty and hunger, but the aristocrats who made the peasants and the poorer classes of people pay taxes. The peasants suffered from the arrogant behavior of the aristocrats and blamed Marie Antoinette. Aristocrats enjoyed Maria's celebrations and profited at her expense. As a conclusion during the revolution, the aristocrats abandon the royal family, leaving Maria, Louis and their children at the mercy of fate. Only Maria's secret love - Count Fersen tries to save her, but unfortunately he is captured by the people in the end. Marie Antoinette paid the price of all greedy aristocrats.
