My third eye opened while I was quietly breathing to remain very still during an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) for my cervical (neck) spine. During this MRI, I began to notice a need to swallow excessive fluid over & over again; the next thing that happened was this: a very bright, glistening white circular light opened in my mind , which occurred 3 separate times. Each time the circle of white light opened, I began to speak to both of my children (by thoughts but seemingly in complete sentences). I was more focused on my daughter during this time as I knew she was struggling to finish writing an important document. During this entire episode I was completely unaware of my physical body. I get these sharp pains in the middle of my forehead when I’m relaxed. For the last month and a half I couldn’t get any sleep I would always wake up at 3:00 am. I finally got 8 hrs of sleep after listening to a meditation video while I’m asleep.
I know I’ve opened my third eye for a fact on some levels. I also achieved this, but not sure whether it's this exactly or not. I follow simple slow breathing control and experience an amazing vibrations flowing like waves throughout my head. The feeling is amazing as a refresh button to my brain but I can only do it for a very small time. It also releases certain information post meditation that guides for my life hurdles.
I've got a cataract in my third eye from all the flouride they put in municipal drinking water. Now I drink distilled water to decalcify my pineal gland.
Not sure if you read these but... there was a little exercise you had your audience do at the end of one of the shakti or Shiva videos.. I did this along with it... man... when I laid down a few seconds later to relax... my spine lit up and my brain exploded. I'll spare the more vivid detail. Hahaha...
