Ideally in through nose and out through nose or mouth but ujjay breath is husky in through mouth...

Thankyou ,one query .The air comes in ,how is the journey then how does that air which we inhale travel inside ,where does it travel first .Does it go to the wind pipe then to stomach ,but it goes out too immediately does it touch the entire body or the subtle body nd leaves I hope my question is clear .
