Corpus Christi: Flight Attendant Edition | Doyko Dauntaun Sushi, Street Art & the Selena Memorial!

On this day I had a decent length layover in Corpus Christi, Texas. We stay at a nice hotel along the water, that is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants.

My goal was seafood, until I saw the super fun drink menu at Dokyo Dauntaun. I don't need many excuses to ditch any other ideas and eat sushi, so that was enough for me! The sushi was so fresh, and my drink "The Geisha" was amazing! I'm a sucker for cool street art so the walk there and back didn't disappoint!

Afterwards I headed to the Selena Memorial for the second time. It's such a touching memorial. I was disappointed to see it had been vandalized and I hope they can get it cleaned up. I hope one day to make it to the Selena Museum and play some courses nearby!
