I have this palette and also bought it during the recent Sephora sale. My level of expertise applying eye shadow never progressed past 11th grade level, so I’m definitely no expert, but I really like this palette and the application was with minimal fallout on the glitter colors. 😊

thank you for also covering nailpolishes, I feel other beautytubers neglect nailpolishes and they are so fun

I only like nail polishes with very small confetti, which can barely have any extra texture, otherwise it's a mess. You either have a streaky effect of if you layer them it looks like a unicorn puked on your mani X'DDD

Thank you for posting so soon after the tragic event. 💙 I always enjoy your videos.
That nail polish looks fun but, damn, also very annoying to apply and remove. 🤭 I am currently obsessed with deep chocolate brown nail polishes. Oh, and the grey ones! 🤎
I don't think that Lady Gaga palette is worth it, even though I kinda liked it. So, one shade is kinda unusable, it melts into the skin tone (I could use a pressed powder instead), the other a little darker matte is meh, I like that it's not too pigmented, but it also seems to disappear a bit. My favorite shade is the darkest matte because it has that not-completely-matte finish, which, in my opinion, makes the dark shadows work better. The two shimmers you applied look great, but it's also nothing we may not already have. The shade I dislike the most is the fuchsia one - I just do not like fuchsia nor magenta or any other similar color.
A suggestion if you're in for an adventure: I'd loveeee to see you rocking a blue eyeshadow look or a yellow one. 💙💛🔵🔷🟡

I love the Westman Atilier cream brozer and blush in Petal. I bought a 3 set of minis during the Sephora sale.

They're instant loves for me. I hate the price but the products are so beautiful that they're actually worth it to me.

Thank you very much. I'm happy to be returning to some semblance of normalcy after such an awful time.

Thankyou for this review Kara ,I know that your having a difficult time at the moment, keeping busy is a good thing it does help . I can see why they reduced the price of this palette, shimmers look crumbly and mattes not pigmented enough. I have two MUA palettes that are way better than this and they were £3.75 GBP if you can get these in Canada I would really recommend you trying them ❤xx

Thank you. For the palette, it most definitely should never have been priced at $60+. It fits my personal makeup style now and I'm not upset with the $33 price but this is certainly not a palette that most people will love.

If products are so cheap, be it makeup, clothing, accessories, whatever, I just always ask myself how much are the, workers who made the product, paid, if it‘s sold for such little money. 4 quid for the labour, packaging, pigment, mirror (?), applicator (?), design, transportation, storage, and where is any win in that? But from the other side in this economy I 100% understand that not many want to pay 30-60$ or € for an eyeshadow palette and there ARE inexpensive and good alternatives.

The MUA palettes are the only two drugstore palettes I own ( someone recommended them to me and I was pleasantly surprised) my favourite palettes are those by Natasha denona and cosmic beauty xx

"Satin finish" could be another way to describe a "demi matte".

WTH with the pricing on that palette?? Maybe if I wait for the next sale they might be down to 20 lol
This is a really pretty look. Kinda flirty and feminine. Defective packaging/applicators tick me off so much! For what cosmetics cost these days, you'd think they would get their shizz right before selling it.

I ordered some cheap Christmas nail wraps from Amazon (like $12 for ten sets) and they are entertaining the hell out of me! They come off with nail polish remover. I think you and the kids would enjoy trying them out, especially since you aren’t loving your jelly nail polish! 💅

That's a great idea! Bennett would get a kick out of that for sure! He's been so into creating and playing lately that I bought him his own set of brushes. I 100% don't trust him with nail polish so the wraps would be perfect! Thanks for the suggestion
