    I've actually been doing these waltzes all year with my prof instead of regular etudes and even writing a paper of Dragonetti's left-hand technique! There are some pretty whacky descriptions of his use of the thumb in particular. These pieces have been great for learning ornamentation and interpretation, I hope they become more standard repertoire :) I'll have to check out this edition!

      @@doublebasshq Thanks! I highly recommend Fiona Palmer's book if you're interested, it's an amazing read. Very cool primary sources!
