    Hi, hi Coach. There so many syndicator out there. How can any investor find one that trust for long term investment? Crowd street syndicator is one for example, what I need for look for before invest my money with them? Thanks

      Tommy, this is a great question. Perhaps THE question.
      My short answer is that I'm still learning. But I'm taking it VERY slowly with any syndicators because of this as I learn to vet the actual syndicators.
      In principle, one of the things I like about Crowdstreet is that they've done a layer of filtering and vetting before they put someone on the platform. That doesn't mean you and I should trust it without doing our own homework, but it's one step to help us filter.
      From there, I want to see track record, longevity, and references from other investors. Sometimes you don't know what you're looking for when it comes to character, but you just have to read a lot and see if any red flags pop up. If there are any, move on quickly.
      That's my working approach for now, but it's definitely a concern. What's always worked for me in real estate for 19 years is carefully picking partners who have integrity and who are excellent at what they do, then stick together for the long-haul. That's my goal as I evaluate doing some syndications myself.
