    Hi Rory, I learned about you from Citius Mag (I don't have social media) and just started to follow your racing. Rooting for you! This was a great video, your best yet! Thank you for being so genuine and honest with us- it makes it more exciting to follow your journey!

      Thank you so much, that means a lot, definitely had to step out of my comfort zone 🙏🏼

    Thanks for another great vid, Rory. Your son is great.
    Interesting to see how you will be going for the shorter races again, like when you ran the sub 4 a few months back. Any chance you can do a deep dive on your training philosophy? Mixing the speed in seems pretty unique (like how you had plans to run the 1500 work on the track), especially given you just ran one marathon/ have a little while still until the Olympics. I understand that there are some "proprietary secrets" here but would be a super interesting video!
    Maybe you can bring Ryan on to talk about it too?
    Thanks again

    • @LinkletterRory
      @LinkletterRory  7 месяцев назад +1

      Maybe that’s something we can do, getting Ryan on camera may be tough! But I’ll see if I can convince him. Definitely not the type to be super secret, there are no secrets, just work and philosophy 🙏🏼

    Nothing better than trying to train in Canada during the winter and "spring". Just gotta adapt and get the work in.
    Look forward to hearing your official selection to the Canadian Olympic team, and seeing you race in Paris!

    Yo Rory do you know of any baby running strollers that are good at higher speeds. I’ve got one that wobbles as soon as I get to 8 minutes and I’m a 15 minute 5k guy at the moment so the one I have is not great for me when I want to go longer with my boy.

    • @LinkletterRory
      @LinkletterRory  7 месяцев назад +1

      I don’t do much stroller jogging, but my wife has a Bob and loves it, it feels super stable!
