Am I the only one who thinks that professionals should bring their own touch to covers? At least to guitar solos etc... This reminded me of some high school cover band. Although they played well.
Everyone wants to hear the 'off the record' signature solo. It's also harder to learn someone else's solo note for note than to improvise, so fair play to JDB.
I've said it on about 4 other videos: we were walking into the arena in Coventry just as this started and it already set the scene for the rest of the night. I would have been DESTROYED if I'd only heard it from the feckin' burger van.
