Just to advise folks, Cyber Stuctures Mod Author has since fixed the issues in this vid. Still by far my #1 choice as a QoL mod, and definately encourage you to use it too!
Hi Raasclark as the mod author of CS, it is not possible for the Vivarium to generate any lag, how it functions is has no bearing on anything near or around it and the code is very efficient and optimised. However, you can, limit how many people place down. The Vivarium is also more efficient and performant than any Cryo Mod that does passive production. Item Aggregator, while does a lot of work, it to is almost impossible to generate much sever issues on performance. The best thing about the Aggregator, is that it has what is called a task list. What this means, is that depending on what you turn on and allow it do its work with, then that becomes a task. That means it will only run one task per cycle of the timer on these. Basically that means every few mins (Random times) it will say check the ground for eggs if it es enabled, then it will wait until its time to do the next. Then it will run that task, lets say it is collect poop of the ground. And it continues to do this for every timer cycle. Making it almost impossible to be generating in lag. I would also love it very much if you actually reached out to me and included me in theses tests so we can sit down and discuss your concerns. And the Gachas will produce any resource it will produce, so if you throw a Gacha in the Vivarium that has Pearl, Silk, Dust, Metal it will randomly generate one of those resources. All that info is on the Wiki Page. And the Cosmo and other light pets will generate a charge, that can be used with the Charging Station to recharge your batteries.
Regarding the ice titan, the launching seems to be conected to the freezing animation right? Everytime you got launched we could hear the freeze sound. And not when we couldnt hear it.
You can tek punch to get around and cancel it with a structure to save ele and travel at max speed silently, also change direction with further punches pro tip
SO Besides being an already overpowered tameable boss creature,Ice titan is now part skyrim and can FUS RO DAH you into the stratosphere.... KIng Titan is now screwed as hell one of the best unintentional wildcard updates since super thyla jumps
Hey Raas, if you do a video looking at creature submissions before the top 10 are decided can you look at mine please, it's "imagotaria downsi the beer keg walrus." It's a bit of a mess but I love it lol.
Soon as we took CS mod off our servers, litterally everything got soo much better.. before hand you couldnt enter into render area of someones base that had cs structures out without the game crashing, and even if you where out in the middle of no where with no structures around the game was constantly lagging. All of that was fixed soon as we removed the CS mod.. but at the same time.. you can fire up a server with only the cs mod on the server, and everything works great.. im thinking maybe the cs mod just doesnt play nice with certain other mods..
To be honest why have an Mod that generates resources? Just play in GM mode and play Ark that way. The struggle is what Ark is about not easy mode. Don't get me wrong not saying things should be hardcore or drive you crazy but Ark just seems like the wrong kind of game for easy mode. If I have to deal with Sir M8 so should everyone else, lol.
What spanky said. Also, we are all content creators, streaming and editing take a lot of time, and most of us are not full time, so have to juggle this alongside other responsibilities. And then in the limited amount of time that we have to play and make content, nobody wants to watch us chop down trees or smack rocks with an anky for an hour. I don't want mods to make the game easier, but I do want mods to help save time. Time spent doing things that are boring and don't make for good content. So that there is more time to do the actual parts that are interesting and that people will want to watch.

You can get black pearls by the thousands on element river on ab you don’t need all that garbage lol
This map is not clustered with Ab so that's not an option.
