I've lived in Rhinelander all my life. I can't believe with everyone that fishes from the papermill bridge that u didn't find twice as many baits. All the break rotors and tires are not that hard to believe with the tire and break shop rite next to the bridge. The white more square ceramic glass jar is more than likely a vintage either vix or Vaseline jar from probably the 50s. The little v cat card is a newer library card for our local library. If your ever in the area. Let me know through this post. I could send u to some of the stump fields up river but my parents House u would get so many baits. Great to see all the amazing things u pull out of the water. Keep up the great work.
Neat spot. I worked on some engineering for that city with a former company I worked with and that area was one spot I worked on for quite some time (above water though), so it's neat seeing what you found in that area. I bet that barricade was thrown in the water there when they redid the street about 7 or 8 years ago!
Been watching quite a few of your videos and I don’t know how the law works but just off of the shore of Lake Michigan in the water is some crazy cool stuff! There’s old 20s 30s vehicles upside down open safes and a bunch of other cool stuff in about 15-20 of water! The kicker is the old owner of the house was al capone! Right north of the Wisconsin Illinois state line! Its the third house jutting out into the lake if you look at google earth! We rode over it on jet skis on crystal clear day! It’s pretty wild! The town of Winthrop harbor is where I grew up! The only cop to be killed in the line of duty was killed by capones goons heading to this house I speak of! My grandfather became a constable after that along with a bunch of other good ol boys from town! Still to this day has a heavy handed force! Have a great day Ed!
There is homeless people that live under the bridge and the paper mill is right there if you guys go further down and go you should find stuff and good views
The smell you mentioned was from the yeast factory right next door to the river. Thank you for the wonderful work you do!
Thanks for the info!

I worked there about 8 years ago too! Installing new underground electric under the lots nearby. I think you may be right about the road sign. 🤣

@EdtheDiver ok, now it makes more sense on all the garbage. The police station is also just over a block away, but weird how they got in there.
