Simple Chicken Gravy made delicious with basic ingredients. It's the best combination with rice,chapati, roti canai, bread, briyani and more....
Ingredients:
1 Bay leaf
3 cardamom
2 star anise
5 cloves
1 cinnamon
2 lemongrass
1 spring of curry
10-12 shallots
1 pandan leaves
1-2 ginger and garlic paste
2 tomato
5 tbsp chicken curry powder
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp poppy seed powder
1 potato
800-1kg chicken - cut into small pieces
1/4 cup Evaporated milk
350-400ml water
Salt to taste
1 holland onion
Some coriander leaves
