Season 6 Demo: Underlord, improved layout, & everything new

On Tuesday, June 4th, Descript had our biggest product update ever. We launched Underlord, a new AI assistant editor, a streamlined app interface, and a collection of brand-new features. Gabe and Christiana are going to go through all the changes and demo everything new on Thursday, June 6th. They’ll cover:

I really appreciate the application, but Studio Sound seems to be taking a bit of a step backwards in that it is causing some of the audio get choppy now. I love what it does to my voice, but if my guest is at a lower level, then they get their voice kind of stomped on. Also, I've tried using the center active speaker on a 6 minute video, and haver 45 minutes, it still wasn't done, so I killed it. I have no idea if it actually works. This is on a beefy Windows 10 machine.

Underlord is pretty good but it really slows the entire application down. I have to shut down everything else to have okay speed, whereas I didn't have to do that before.

We need custom speed curves, please!
