- A timelapse of myself processing Venison into many beautiful pieces. Chops, steaks, shanks, roasting joints, diced and minced Venison, a lot of usable cuts ready to cook.
The beasty had been hit hard, but cleaned up and with a little time the Yield was fantastic. - Хобби
Nice knife skills, i love watching you breakdown venison
There is nothing better than watching a skilled craftsman doing his thing, fabulous 👍🏻🇬🇧
I’ve missed your great cutting skills, and butchery information, thank you for your videos really
Man, back to back action on the last couple videos! Love it- always a pleasure
Like a work of art seeing a skilled butcher breakdown a beast like that. I hope you have the true speed footage still and can pop that up at some stage as well for those of us that want to see the process in more detail. (Even played at 0.25 speed this video is flying!)
Excellent work , love watching a Master at his craft .
Thanks Scott, great videos as always, may your knives stay sharp 4ever ,and the old school butchery skills get past on , cheers my friend
Very nice bro
Love your videos mate you taught me to do lambs without a bandsaw keep the vids coming i check everyday cheers
Great to see you back on here Scott I’ve missed ya videos! Hope you and the family are well and look forward to many more videos and new book maybe? 😊🍻
Excellent Tradesman proud of his Trade.
Man , that was a spectacle to watch.
Cheers Dan. Just something I threw together 😂😎
💪🏻🔪have learnt loads from watching Scott Rea. Top job.
Thanks for following up with those Barnsley cuts! Nice looking cut gotta try! never seen before thank you dude. Actually learn from you man, Scott in America
I feel like an amateur when I watch Scott's hands. I've been cutting my own meat here in the US for over 20 years. I kill/butcher about 5-6 a year with a bear and elk mixed in. Need to have him come to my camp and do my deer up. Would be awesome to see/work with him. Bought his books ( Back in the game and merchant of venison). Easy to understand without too much talk. Had fun doing things his way.
Greetings from Tucson, AZ. Fantastic video as always. You need to cross the pond and take a Rocky Mountain elk and show off your knife and game butchery wizardy. Crack on! I and my hunting group have processed our own game (elk and small Coues southern Arizona whitetail). We quarter elk and then seam butcher - always LOTS of mince / grind from a bull elk for burger and sausages.
Awesome. I’m buying your book
thought you had retired,......good to see you. again
beautifull, you love to see it
Great video as always! Will you publish the normal speed version?
Nice vid! I know it isnt an option on your side of the pond but one reason archery deer hunting is nice is that you typically dont get as much blood meat with an arrow as you do with a firearm. I hunt with both, love both, but there is a lot more shoulder damage with a gun for sure.
Better be writing a new book the empty place on my shelf gives me bad ocd
Need to get those books
Fantastic Scott - Missed seeing your videos - When are you going to come to the colonies and carve up a proper monster?
Would love too.
Oh my gosh Scott, where have you been?
Hey. Well, I lost faith, youtube have made it virtually impossible to upload butchery content. Anything with the words k***e or butcher and they are straight on it, demonotized. It's tough when you do what I do.
Is there a way for your videos to be placed under an educational label, or has it been tried and failed?@@TheScottReaproject
@@Skrubb_LordThey have made it incredibly hard, I tried everything.
@@TheScottReaprojectsome of the other butchers I watch use ‘harvest,’ ‘breakdown,’ and ‘unalive(d),’ to get around RUclips’s vocabulary nonsense. And it IS nonsense. Pandering to the overly sensitive…. Probably the same people who don’t understand the processes necessary to grow and make their damned tofu. You know how many animals and insects are unalived through that???
Anyway, it’s great to see another vid! I hope the future on RUclips works out for you! Always a treat to see you show up in my subs!
How do the bearded butchers upload so much content I wonder, they must be doing something to get it put up, they have content every day
Good day to all, peace.
Daaaaaannnnnnnnnnnng!! What’d he shoot that with, a bazooka? 😳
Just found your vids and they are very interesting.
You could do a few mode vids on the "lesser" cut from a carcass - i.e. the offal.
I'm sure a lot of your viewers will be familiar with the liver, kidney and possible the heart and I've watched a couple of the pigs head video - but what about other cuts, e.g. the tongue, sweetbread, tripe, cods, pizzel, beef tendon?
I'd be interested in seeing some vids on these cuts.
Well that beats the Meat Free Duck product I saw in the supermarket
look at him ggooooo! Knife go bbrrrrrrrrr🤣
I'd love to have copies of (all) your book (s) but the price/ availability of the hardcovers is prohibitive to me.. Long shot but any chance a publisher could make a set of your books in a soft cover (ie cheaper) version? I'd buy as a full set, even if that was the only option ;)
👍👍👍👍👍
How to slow motion on YT?

*top right cog wheel
*click speed and lower it.
@@TheRAMBO9191 stil too fast
Whatya get another roadkill boss? A lot a excess coagulated blood looks like
Wow you got skills, must be the best guy to take on a hunt. BTW one of the reasons the islamic style of slaughtering is so all the blood is drained, then you dont get those clots of blood in the meat. This looks like it was stunned
I'm gonna preface my comment by saying it doesn't bother me, but, your views may increase with black nitrile gloves. Your tattoos are badass, but it may be perceived as if your hands are "dirty." Please feel free to tell me to eff off. I am a subscriber and I don't care one way or another, but I'd like your channel to grow. Literal food for thought. I'm not going anywhere, and I hope my suggestion doesn't offend you.
