- Embracer Games Archive has left the vault and moved to its new location above ground. All the better for us, as we join CEO David Boström in a new unboxing extravaganza and get a tour at the new premises. David finds rare Nintendo special editions, a Mega CD collection with never opened games and a handheld games collection with some very special Pokemon games and much more.
Var det nån som skulle ha det här jobbet så var det du David! 🔥❤🔥
This is truly astounding. I'm curious where you're acquiring all these immaculate collections? Are they being donated or is Embracer buying them? There are so many astoundingly rare things on here. I'm in awe. :)
Hello. Most of it comes from two big collections that we have bought some years ago. Then we have some in proposition smaller collections that we have bought or got as a donation. In a near future, we will start releasing videos from the archive and explain this some more. Kind regards, David
@@embracergamesarchive Very cool! Can't wait to see them. Thanks for answering. 😊
Always a pleasure to see more from your gaming archive. I hope you and your colleagues keep having fun.
Yes we sure have fun :)
So many cool things in just this video, looking forward to the next one! :)
I saw my Neo Geo AES turned on
That NES Turtles edition was only released in Belgium as far as I know (that's from my collection).
Sleeve could've been in better condition, but it's very expensive and not that easy to find.
Yes we all love Neo Geo! We peomise we give it alot of love every day. I have starting getting into Neo Turf Masters :) Hope that you can visit us some day in the future :)
@@embracergamesarchive One day, I promise.
Magical! Looking forward to seeing the progression of this amazing archive!
Awesome to hear :)
Will be an amazing journey to collect all the games. I am a Commodore 8 bit collector (C64,Vic20,C16/Plus4, etc) and is close to 11000 unique releases for the C64, around 1000 for the Vic20 and not far from a complete C16/Plus4 collection. I am happy I made a deliberate choice to limit myself to the Commodore 8 bit systems as it would be impossible for a mere mortal to collect so many systems. :) - I guess at one point I might consider selling.
An amazing project! I hope you will do many more stories for us to enjoy while bulding the museum. Most of us will may never be able to came to Sweden to see it in person so I think will be amazing if you continue to share it via RUclips. I also think is very interesting seeing a PAL centered archive.
Subscribed for more :D
This is just insane. Thank you for sharing!
Looking cool!
Starkt jobbat Dave!
Thanks Deband!
I had no idea Lemmings came out in Japan. Awesome!
The atomic edition of biomutant in the background ☺️
Yea that one is BIG!
Some lovely stuff
nice! I will challenge you on N64, Snes, Lynx, Neo Geo AES and NGPC... lets see who has more at the end of the year :D keep up the great work!
This is really great. I wish you guys the best.
Cool video. Keep up the good work Dave!
Thank you guys!
Crazy! :) Nice items!
The Snes RPG with the manga box art is the second Mahōjin Guru Guru game. Based on the manga and anime series which itself is a parody of early RPGs.
Snacka om drömjobb! Som Karlstadbo står man redo för tjänstgöring. 😄
A friend of mine just sold his Nintendo 64 Special Value Pack with The legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time for 38000 sek to a collector in Spain.
Härlig video! Lycka till Dave :)
😍😍😍😍
So is the plan to make it an accessible museum/archive?
😍
I have some old games in their original boxes. I won't donate them but I will give you a pro idea: I only carry them using gloves as the fat from fingers tend to ruin the print and box paper.
Aldrig sett ett bättre exempel av "rätt man på rätt plats"!
Thanks Sebastian!
a box of conbinijapan in 0:56?
I skipped to 7:00 (Nintendo collection is so boring, in every company I worked at least one male colegue did that) but then fat TV's. They rock. Don't forget to collect true Fat TV's. Nobody had a PVM at home. So get the good SCART models we had all over Europe, any SCART Trinitron will do, but also the famous B&O MX series are excellent. Loewe also had excellent tubes, they had rather black fine pitched ones with RGB input at baby size: awesome!
You should water sprinkler that place, a shame if you have a fire and it all goes into flames.
I don't know what serves these games better: fire or water.
The only thing you need is good fire compartments.
ruining the retro gaming scene ... fu ... new wata
