My bit of advice looking from the outside looking in to you guys. Remove all the sub pulishing divisions like THQ nordic and deep silver. Have just 1 main one with developers under neath the main publisher. Its clear as day these sub divisions are destroying the developers.
Idk if you realised it but many do really hate you working on bloxburg (Mostly old players bc they didn’t get much as a ”thank you for playing” reward)
