Excellent pie right there! I just found this oven today at my local WalMart on clearance for $59.00. Could not pass it up. I have been making Napoli style pies in my oven indoors using fire bricks on the grate and setting my temp to max , which is 500. I preheat the bricks for 45 minutes. I do a quick pre bake with just the dough and sauce then pull it, add fresh mozzarella and back in so the cheese doesn't burn and just comes out bubbling. Comes out great but I'm hoping this oven will make some nice pies outdoors with some smoke flavor. If you want the cheese not so done try what I do with a pre bake for about a minute then add the fresh mozzarella. Thanks for the video!
Thank you for the comment, I recently tried a thin pizza stone in the oven and I still have some learning to do. The bricks sound like they would get more hotter and keep the heat. I will need to try that. If your Walmart has anymore of the for $59, grab me one hahah. I been circling all my local walmarts looking for another one to add into my collection haha. This oven is really good but there is a learning curve with keeping the fire going, it could be a full time job just messing with the fire and heat but once you work out the kinks you can make some decent pizzas. I have tried the method of putting in the dough in first before the cheese. That does work good. Thanks for watching the videos. I hope you had a chance by now to make some pizzas with your oven.
To be honest, evan though Wallmart has reputation for selling low quality products, this is the best oven I have seen from little ones. Pizza is like from real pizzeria. Obviously this person knows what he is doing.
This was my first pizza oven. I always wanted one but didn’t want to spend the big money on one and the fear of me using it 2 times and forgetting about it. This was really affordable pizza oven and with some learning curves. You can make delicious pizza at home with a pizza oven just over $100. Can’t go wrong. Thanks for the comment and watching the videos.
I wander did anyone in the world made pizzeria with this mini Ovens, it saves energy and with right knowledge almost same quality like from the professional one. I know there is heat pressure from big Oven and it makes difference for real pizza lovers but for average Joe with fresh ingridents this is sufficient
Nice, congrats on the pizza oven, feel free to ask any questions. I'm still learning but happy to share anything I learn. Last night I made some pizza with fire wood only but it was snowing and cold outside. I will share those videos soon.
I bought this oven 2 years ago. I had a dry stacked fire brick oven before that. Same quality and same taste of pizza. Only difference is it only takes 20 minutes to heat compared to 2 hrs with the brick one, also the amount of wood used is about one or two fire place pieces cut up to cook 2 pizzas plus preheating it. The brick oven uses about 1\2 of a wheelbarrow to cook 2 pizzas, with the brick one it will stay warm for a lot longer but i don't plan on baking bread the next day. I like it so much i bought another one to keep as a spare.
Yes pre heat for 45 mns to an hour….get thermal thermometer to check temp on brick….depending on style of pizza anywhere from 600 to 800….more then that is tough to work with

This was the best money I ever spent and I made maybe 300 pizzas with it by now lol. Worth every penny
I just found this on clearance in Walmart for $70 and watched this… and bought it because of you! Thanks!
That's a good looking pie.
Thank you
Do u use wood or charcoal for this?
Sometimes I will just use wood but most times it’s charcoal to get the fire going and then I put in wood chunks as I make the pizzas
@@thepizzafanclub awesome. I recently purchased the same pizza oven so just getting ideas. Thanks for replying 🙂

looks great, but how does the bottom look? I have the same one and the bottom doesn't brown well.
Def need to get the bottom stones extra hot when preheating .
I have posted some videos recently showing under the pizza. I have two stones in there and it does seem to cook the pizzas evenly under.
agreed, I spend almost an hour pre-heating it up
