High Sierras have the best views? Bald Mountain 2023

- On todays episode we head to Bald Mountain to knockout another trail that has been on our list for a very long time. This trip started with a 5hr drive up the 395 through Tulare and into the Sierras for what turned out to be some of the most epic wheeling. Enjoy episode 1 of 2 from the High Sierras. Great trail, I did it years ago with my brother in his jeep.
our backyard! Thanks to Clovis Independant 4x4 Club for their work keeping Bald open and accessible! This is of the most popular trails in the Sierra national forest and for good reason!
In Sept the Clovis Independant has their moonlight madness run and that is worth a trip (it is usually in June/July but the late opening due to snow pushed it back)

Hey question for you coming up and camping at Huntington lake soon I have a gladiator sport no lift on 33s is there alternative trails for my set up at bald mountain or should I not attempt thanks

Hit me up next time you guys are in the area! There is a ton of crazy stuff up at Bald mountain that you guys would definitely love! Tons of super spicy lines😂! Also we have several amazing trails up close to bald mountain. I highly recommend Swamp Lake trail when it opens! Keep up the great videos!
We pulled up at swamp and it was closed we hit brewer and red because coyote was also closed. I know I’m bummed to have missed them

Can a stock zr2 handle this trail? Guessing the smallest tires in your group were 35s so not sure how mine would do if (hopefully when) I ever get out there. Making my list of those trails out west to hit up and this one looks nice. Great video🤟🤟

@@gregrhoads8539 it’s a super simple trail even for a beginner wheeler all the technical stuff is off to the side and if you don’t know what you’re looking for you’ll drive right by it I’ve been up bald in a stock ford raptor
