- Getaway haters, this is for you!
Honestly, when I was reading MTMTE I never understood why everyone hated him. I knew what he did to Tailgate was bad, but did he deserve to be hated so much? And then I read Lost Light and yeah, he deserves the hate. But he's such a wonderfully crafted villain, so much so that you hate him. The fact he's an Autobot MTO, someone who was forged to the Autobot way, and yet still so manipulative and cold, willing to go to all extents for his own personal gain. I usually sympathize with the villains in most media, but this glitch? Nope. And yet he doesn't see himself as the villain, which is another this I love. Because he doesn't see himself as a villain, there is no redeeming himself. There is no fixing what he did wrong, because he believes he did no wrong. And because there is no way to justify the things he's done, there's no way to sympathize with him. Hence, he's a villain that you actually hate.
Sorry, just wanted to rant. I love talking about MTMTE.

The fact that not only are the Getaway haters, literally everyone who read Lost Light, are getting the food they need, but the scenes also match so well with the most hateful song ever!
