Good ibstructions. Clear, precise.
This would make a nice topper for the gifts, instead of bows. I love it...there's something very zen and satisfying with folding paper. You presented this nicely, telling us what not to do and the result if we do.
Lovely! I will make these trees with my senior citizens for this Christmas 2021. Thanks for this great video 🙏
ADORABLE....great presentation....thank you for being here
Thanks so much! I made these trees years ago for my Christmas cards, but didn't do the nestling. This will definitely help to keep them together. Love folding papers :)

Awesome... you are a wonderful teacher...:) GB
Cute neat star
Pentagram or Pentacle.. After the second fol, I made a hole in the center with a tiny hole punch (or use a pin or needle) and that helped with accuracy with the rest of the folding.
Very beautiful craft👍👍💖💖🍂🌼💖💖

@@paulaandrews6376 ruclips.net/video/p2sKSPpVMOI/видео.html shabby fabric did this in fabric but the tree and the fold is different

so cute wounder if you can do this with fabric thank you so much for the video
You make it look so easy. I need to get that gold wire. I tried white floral wire. Too rigid.
Wonder if I could do this with stiffened fabric, thanks for sharing.
You know, the very first one of these I made was with fabric that was starched. It works okay but they are quite bulky, especially if you use quality quilt shop fabrics. I had a terrible time trying to sew a straight line down the middle to secure the pieces (using cheap fabric at that) but if you could find a way other than sewing to secure them, it should work fine (keeping in mind that straight down the middle is going through upwards of 12 layers of fabric in some spots depending on how they are overlapped and spaced). Give it a try with some scraps and see how you like them before committing. :-)

Did it work with fabric?
I wonder if this can be done with fabric?
What are the sizes of the papers? I think one is 3" but I could figure out the next ones.
I am trying to make these trees out of book pages and I am struggling! I don't know if the book pages are to thin? Not as stiff as scrapbook paper. It is hard to see the folds and then when I try to fold them up, it doesn't work... Any suggestions?
Thanks
A bone folder has helped. The book pages are much flimsier than the scrapbook paper. I am a librarian and I am making book page ornament for a Christmas tree.
Does anyone know the measurements in centimetres?
1 inch = 2,54 cm
2 inches =5,08 cm
3 inches =7,62 cm
5/8 inch = 1,5875 cm
12 inches....
What does the back look like?
Exact same as the front.
Pentagram=five-pointed star-shaped figure💕
