Me as a parent

My attempt at vlogging about my life experiences and the difficulties I have had to live with throughout my life and the implications that's had on the person that I am today.
This is to hopefully raise awareness of mental and physical health but not in a woes me way and hopefully help me with my understanding and recovery.
