I always want to lower down their voices but it also means the music will also be softer and my voice would be too loud for the music ;; Usually when I find instrumentals, the backup vocals included are very 'echo-y' and aren't that nice (unless there's an official instrumental!) so I tend to just overlay my voice with the original track ;; I'll try to make it work somehow so that their voices don't overpower mine in the future!
