Hello, I just bought a plant of that model and after a while after it is on the sound changes and it turns off by itself. What do you recommend?

I haven’t had that problem but you can try the reset button and ensure open ventilation around the unit when operating?

I just bought this and I hope the product is better than their customer service. You can't get them on the phone nor do they answer your email either.
