    Great list, the new fx battery system is very convenient, and theyre powerful with reliability, i still use the fx3 trimmer for sharp lines, also their new lo pro fixed alot of issues, didnt like previous version

    I just bought the babyliss fx one gold trimmer. I think it needs to be broken in as it doesnt feel the same as the OG gold trimmer. I did adjust the blade as well.

    You convinced me on buying the hi viz and jrl. Been so undecided on since there isn’t too many reviews on them. Very surprised the lopro fxone isn’t there though

    • @ConcisetheBarber
      @ConcisetheBarber  5 месяцев назад

      You can’t go wrong with either or .. Jrl is more all around though.. and the Lopro didn’t make it for me due to it not being much diff from the fx one .. and the fx1 is a little quieter and better feel in hand

    I've been rockin' with the Babyliss FX 1's for like 4-5 years now. And loved them since day one. I just recently got the Stylecraft IN2 trimmers, and they're nice. Powerful and cut really well. But the shape throws me off a little. They're kinda bulky. They don't get around the ears as smoothly as my FX 1's. If Babyliss made the FX 1's as powerful as the IN2, they'd be the best trimmers ever made.

    No lie, andis t outliners beat them all and I have tried basically all cordless trimmers. Stopped using all of them after getting my first corded, the t outliners.

      Corded trimmers especially andis is goated.. but one major draw back is the cord and most people don’t want to be bothered by it

      As an OG and a barber that owns both, if you have a bigger hand, you’ll prefer the Andis. If you have a smaller hand, you’ll prefer the TPOB with the black psycho blade. It’s great all around and it’s not too sharp. The Andis is for experts only. I prefer the TPOB. My other favorite is the SC Saber. They are quiet and they HIT!

  • @shechoseme

    I really hate the new Babyliss system on the Fx One with rechargeable batteries. They have not integrated the grips on these models which seem to me to be essential from now on.
    Surprised that TPOB X is not in the top 5 or Coco Veloce. TPOB is truly awesome.
    The most sharp/effective in my opinion are:
    - Babyliss boost+ FX (with OG gold FX or DLC 2.0 blade)
    - Stylecraft Saber (still very precise although the ergonomics are not crazy it remains one of the most effective)
    - TPOB X (pleasantly surprised, I thought the media hype was too much on this brand but my surprise was huge by far the best ergonomics of all trimmer, the all-steel trimmer is very qualitative and it cuts as close as the saber and Babyliss boost FX)
    I'm going to try the new ones JRL onyx trimmer and Stylecraft Instinct Metal Edition but I think I'm not going to like the ergonomics at all 😕
